We use very tiny particles enrich with conditioning oils to ensure no fine tears to the skin. We never use harsh particles like microbeads (plastic particles) or rocks.
It is normal to feel a slight tingle when using the pre-shave exfoliator THE POLISHER, especially if your skin is not used to exfoliation. As with all skincare, use caution if your skin becomes extremely red and irritated, discontinue use and talk with your dermatologist or doctor.
The use of sunscreen is important for all skin types and skin colour, you need to wear sunscreen everyday. We strongly recommend applying your favorite SPF as a final step in your skin care routine.
We’re sorry the item you want is not in stock, we make all our products in small batches and we are working on getting it ready for you as soon as we can. You are still able to place an order on the product(s) you want. We will process the delivery once the item is back in stock in the order it was received.
Shipping policy
We offer shipping services in Canada and United States. In Canada we offer shipping via Canada post and United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details. If you do not receive this shipping confirmation within two-three business days, please contact info@l17men.com
Returns and exchanges
L17 MEN will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from website WWW.L17MEN.COM that are eligible for return.
Policy on Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
Return by Mail
You are a valued customer and your satisfaction is important to us. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with supreme products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.
To qualify for a return, you must email Returns@l17MEN.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed via email for a solution.
L17 MEN is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. L17 MEN is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item minus any shipping expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
